This hotel is nice if you have a conference there. The staff that was working on the conference, security, caterers and customer service people were great, but it's very far away from everything, except O'Hare. The food was good, especially the vegetarian selections. The beds were nice, but the with the airport so close, it was very loud all night. The biggest problem was the staff wasn't ready for the size of the conference we attended. The last day of the conference the bags were originally placed in an unsecured room where anyone could have taken anything they wanted. It's a nice place to have a conference, but if you're going for a vacation, you should try something a little closer to town.
